Akademię na tę uroczystość przygotowali i przedstawili uczniowie klas I i IV Szkoły Podstawowej w Piorunce pod kierownictwem mgr Anny Osuchowicz i mgr Marka Czysza. Wierszem, tańcem i piosenką rozweselili swoich dziadków i babcie. Uroczystość odbyła się dnia 26.01.2018 r. Po skończonym przedstawieniu seniorzy otrzymali drobne upominki oraz zostali zaproszeni na poczęstunek.
